By using this website you agree to the terms & conditions set out below by Petals on the Plaza .

DELIVERY’S

All delivery charges will be quoted at time of checkout.
Additional charges may occur if delivery’s are redirected due to incorrect information or courier not being able to obtain access .
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full & correct address & phone number.
Also to specify if it is a work or timed delivery.
Our licensing restricts the sale of alcohol unless it is accompanied in a hamper or with flowers .

REFUNDS

Petals on the Plaza is not obligated under consumer law to refund due to change of mind.
We do however understand circumstances may occur where a refund is to be considered.
Petals on the Plaza reserves the right to request a photo of the product to assist with our quantity control. This enables us to ascertain the best resolution.
In all cases if the item is to be replaced the original item must be available for return.
We prefer that quality issues be resolved with replacement product.
The delivery & quality of good remains the responsibility of Petals on the Plaza & will be managed by our terms & conditions.
